About this course

Correctional case management plays a crucial role in the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders within the criminal justice system. Effective case management enables case managers to identify supervisees’ risks and needs, develop intervention plans, and keep track of supervisees’ progress in the community.

Upon completion of the course, you will have a better understanding of the landscape that supports community corrections as well as the guidelines that case managers use to effectively engage with their supervisees.
